Breakfast is taken at separate tables in the main barn with views over the common or the flower filled courtyard. A delicious and colourful selection of fresh fruits is set out with cereals yoghurts and honey on an old Chinese alter table, now a sideboard. Breakfast is cooked to order using as much organic produce as possible, free range eggs with rich yellow yolks are provided by Pickle, Lilly and Myrtle, three feathered friends of ours! Try them scrambled with smoked salmon. Homemade marmalade and jams are from our local Farm Shop and on winter mornings what better than a steaming bowl of porridge with golden syrup and cream.
